A prominent supplier and distributor of homeware and electrical appliances has agreed a deal for 185,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space at Mileway's Dumers Lane scheme in Bury.

Michelmores has agreed a new 15-year lease at Woodwater House situated on Exeter's Pynes Hill Business Park. A full office refurbishment is planned.

A long-established West Sussex-based manufacturer for the naval and civilian shipping industry has been sold to US investment company Arcline. Prominent advisers worked on the deal.
