Air India crash survivor Viswashkumar Ramesh has been released from hospital. In an interview with Aaj Tak, he shared that he is heading home and will do the cremation of his younger brother on Wednesday.

The British national of Indian origin, Viswashkumar Ramesh, was headed to London when the flight crashed minutes after taking off from Ahmedabad.

Vishwaskumar Ramesh, the only survivor of the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, India, said he "thought I would die" as he recovers in hospital.
