Two hours to three hours was sufficient for me. Some time depends on how many of the short movies in the theater you want to watch. There were five or six that show continuously. We watched a couple, went through the rest of the museum then went to lunch across the street. We had time to kill before the eve game so we went back to the museum and watched the rest of the short movies. There is a few minutes between each movie. They average about twenty minutes. We did not take the tour so I can't speak to it.
The rental fee includes the contracted space. It also includes vendor coordination, on-site tables & chairs, black floor length linens, set up time, breakdown...
